Maintenance and Repairs: From routine maintenance to complex engine overhauls, our team ensures that these vintage vehicles remain in great condition, allowing our clients to enjoy the open road with confidence.
Rally and Race: Our team brings extensive racing experience from around the globe, including the deserts of the Western United States, Africa, Baja Mexico, and beyond. Racing is our passion, and we provide support at these races. Though not required, you will have the opportunity to travel with the team to help at these events. Position Description:
As a Fabrication Specialist at Verve Vintage Motorworks, you will be instrumental in bringing our customers' automotive dreams to life through custom fabrication and metalworking expertise. From crafting custom body panels to fabricating chassis components and roll cages, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance, aesthetics, and structural integrity of vintage air-cooled Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a fabrication specialist or metalworker, with a focus on automotive applications.

Proficiency in welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and oxy-acetylene welding.

Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and equipment, including shears, brakes, tube benders and plasma cutters.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic personal tools.

Ability to collaborate closely with our team of skilled technicians and craftsmen to deliver exceptional results on every project.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Nice to Haves:

Certification in welding or metal fabrication.

Previous experience working with vintage air-cooled Porsche and Volkswagen cars.
