Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced air-cooled Porsche technician to join our team. This position requires a high level of expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and restoring classic Porsche vehicles, particularly models ranging from the 356 to the 993. A background in air-cooled Volkswagen repair is a plus. Given our workload, we do not have the ability to train new technicians, so we need someone who can jump in and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level experience working on Porsche models from 356 to 993

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• In-depth knowledge of fuel injection systems, electrical systems, drivetrain, and suspension

• Experience with internal engine repair and setup

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for vintage Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on air-cooled Volkswagen engines and drivetrains

• Background in motorsports or performance tuning

• Metal fabrication and restoration experience

• Proficiency in using specialized tools for vintage automotive restoration
